DOOMRIDERS @EUROPA DECEMBER 4th 2011

Last night DOOMRIDERS came to Brooklyn straight off their European tour with Kvelertak.  These guys were loud, tight and pummeling!  Always one of my favorites and last night was no difference.

ALL PIGS MUST DIE SECRET SHOW @SAINT VITUS BAR NOV. 4th 2011

Our good buddies ALL PIGS MUST DIE graced us at SAINT VITUS to play a secret set after their show at Gramercy Theater. This was by far the best i have seen these guys play and i've seen a lot of them. If you don't know who they are go out and pick up their new record GOD IS WAR... It's absolutely EPIC!!!

HOT SNAKES @BELL HOUSE DEC. 1 2011

Last night i got to see one of my favorite bands re-unite.  I thought i had seen the last of HOT SNAKES back on June 1st 2005 when i saw them at their last ever London UK gig.  Then i really thought I'd never see them again at their final NYC show on August 9th 2005 at the Bowery Ballroom.

I was teased last year when OBITS and NIGHT MARCHERS played a secret gig together in Park Slope Brooklyn thinking for sure they would have to do an encore together as HOT SNAKES but no avail.  Then i got word that at the same gig in San Diego they did in fact re-unite as HOT SNAKES leaving me with suspicions they would one day play again.

And finally last night on December 1st 2011 it happened at the Bell House in Park Slope Brooklyn.  Word's can not describe how incredible every aspect of this show was.  From old friends to the most perfect guitar tones to a phenomenal set list.  Hat's off to you HOT SNAKES... well done!

PASSION PIT on GOVERNORS ISLAND 6/30/10

Here is PASSION PIT.  I had the pleasure of touring with these guys for a good part or 2010 just as they were growing to a full production tour.  We had lights, lights and more lights.  On this particular beautiful night on Governors Island, NY the production team needed FAA clearance for the light show as the high beams could interfere with Airline traffic.  Really glad to call these guys friends and looking forward to more great dance tunes in the future.

TAKING BACK SUNDAY at STARLAND BALLROOM 6/22/10

Here is another set from the very first original line-up TAKING BACK SUNDAY show in NJ. The pictures show how stoked the crowd was and how nervous the band was. Right away though the guys jumped right back on that horse and gave us an amazing show.
